Yes, I thought the packaging was great and everything arrived in perfect condition. There were two items that did not fit well and you sent replacements which made it work

The experience of renting and returning was great. The tux jacket I received was too small, I think it is because it was an Italian cut and I tried on a U.S. cut jacket, but BT quickly sent a replacement.I ordered the black jacket with small white dots along with pants, shirt and shoes. Everybody thought it looked great.

It actually fit pretty well. The length was good, but the sleeves were a little long. Just a suggestion: why not offer the customer the option to buy the tux they already have in hand once they have experienced it? Giving them a discount at that time seems like it may be a good option for you.

It really was a great experience other than miscommunication on the website. I will watch that more carefully if I go this route again.
