Everything was perfect!
The entire experience was excellent. I walked in not realizing that an appointment was necessary. My son was taken care of anyway. I was a little skeptical of the off white jacket with black pants but it turned out perfectly. The fit was perfect. I purchased the tuxedo shirt because the quality was excellent and he had to attend another prom the following week and was wearing an all black tuxedo. He received so many compliments.

Good fit, great customer service for exchanges
The color is actually ivory/cream even though it is described as white online. Customer service made exchanges quick and easy. Returning my rental was extremely easy. Got lots of compliments on the jacket the day of the wedding .

White Dinner Jacket Tuxedo - NOT White
I was happy with the ultimate fit of the tuxedo shirt, pants, and shoes, however, the white jackets WAS NOT WHITE. It was cream colored. I was so disappointed that I rented an actual white dinner jacket from Men's Warehouse and was very pleased with that jacket.
