Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $200, with the following conditions:
- For Rent orders, free shipping applies to orders placed at least 14 days before an event.
- For rental replacement requests, free shipping applies when the order is placed within 72 hours of original order delivery.
Standard Shipping Delivery Times
- Rent order shipments arrive 10 days before the order’s specified event date.
- You may request another delivery date within 3 days before or after this original delivery date.
- Buy orders ship in 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 6 days of order placement.
Express Shipping
- Any order or replacement request requiring express shipping may be subject to shipping charges up to $40.
- Rent orders must be placed at least 8 days before the specified event date to avoid express shipping charges.
Home Try-On Shipping
A $20 shipping fee applies to Home Try-On orders.
