Economy Shipping
Economy Shipping ships from 5 to 8 days of order placed and applies to Buy / purchase orders only (not Rentals), as follows:
- Buy orders $100 and above ship free;
- Buy orders under $100 ship for an $8 fee.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $200, with the following conditions:
- Free shipping applies to Rent and mixed Rent/Buy orders placed at least 14 days before an event.
- Standard shipping is $20 for Rent and mixed orders under $100;
- Standard shipping is $10 for Rent and mixed orders from $100 - $200.
Standard Shipping Delivery Times
- Rent order shipments placed early enough will arrive 10 days before the order’s specified event date.
- Buy orders ship in 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 6 days of order placement.
Express Shipping
- Any order or replacement request requiring express shipping may be subject to shipping charges up to $40.
- Rent orders must be placed at least 8 days before the specified event date to avoid express shipping charges.
- Buy orders that request Express Shipping typically arrive within 3 days of order placement.
Express Exchange Shipping
Express Exchange shipping is designed to arrive in time for your rental event.
- For Rental Exchange (replacement) orders, free Express Exchange shipping applies when the order is placed within 72 hours of original order delivery.
- After the 72-hr free shipping window, the Express Exchange shipping fee is $20.
Home Try-On Shipping
A $20 shipping fee applies to Home Try-On orders.
