These Promotional Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern “The Wedding Sale” promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by The Black Tux (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms. These Terms supplement, and are subject to, our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PST and ends on Sunday, August 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Promotion Period”). Orders must be placed and completed within the Promotion Period to qualify. Items added to a cart but not purchased before the Promotion ends are not eligible for the discount.
2. The Offer
- This is a buy-only event. The Promotion applies to purchases only and does not apply to rentals.
- Eligible items are discounted up to 40% off. Actual savings vary by item; not all items receive the maximum discount.
- Discounts are reflected in the displayed (“marked”) price during the Promotion Period. No promotional code is required for marked discounts on the website.
- Where a promotional code is referenced in specific marketing (for example, code WEDDINGSALE in select video advertising), the stated code and savings apply only to that channel and offer, and remain subject to these Terms.
3. Eligibility & Exclusions
- The Promotion is valid online at theblacktux.com only.
- Orders ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. The Promotion is not available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
- Rentals are excluded from the Promotion. The Promotion applies to purchase (buy) items only.
- The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon, promotion, or price adjustment.
- The Promotion does not apply to prior purchases. Orders placed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible, and price adjustments will not be made on orders outside the Promotion Period.
- Eligible products, styles, sizes, and inventory are subject to availability and may change or sell out during the Promotion Period. Availability is not guaranteed.
- Taxes, shipping, and other fees are calculated on the discounted price where applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Pricing & Discount Display
During the Promotion Period, eligible items will show the discount as the marked price (the sale price displayed at checkout). Strike-through or comparison pricing shown in marketing reflects the regular (non-sale) price. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed based on inaccurate or erroneous pricing information.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Items purchased during the Promotion are subject to our standard purchase return and exchange policy in effect at the time of order. If an eligible item purchased during the Promotion is returned, any refund will reflect the actual discounted price paid, not the regular price. Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.
6. Communications
If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, you may receive emails and/or SMS messages about the Promotion. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS message. Once you complete a qualifying purchase, you may be suppressed from remaining Promotion sends.
7. Modification & Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, extend, shorten, or terminate the Promotion (in whole or in part), to change eligible products or discount levels, and to update these Terms at any time. We are not responsible for typographical, technical, or other errors in the offer or its administration.
8. General
The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and may be limited by quantity, region, or other factors. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our standard Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotional marketing materials, these Terms control. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
