Great fit, great delivery, and exactly what we were looking for.

I was very impressed with the overall experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect with not having someone do an official measurement, but everything fit very well. 

The biggest compliment I can make is the level of service I received. My even was in another state and city. I had forgotten my bow tie and on a flight to my destination emailed customer service to see if they could help. I received a response shortly after from Estefani that if I could send them the address they would try and help. Thankfully, they did! Black Tux overnighted a new bow tie to my hotel and I was good to go the next day, all at no charge. Estefani was wonderful at answering my questions and showing care in my predicament. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely be using the service again should the need arise.

Needed slighted altered pants length. I visited one of the stores, got measured, and had a new pair within 2-3 days, it was a very smooth experience.
